  • Block 16, one of the four parcels, is bordered by SW First and Second Avenues, and SW Washington and Alder Streets.  For Block 16, the project envisioned is a high-rise tower (with parking and retail at grade) to capitalize on the area’s commercial zoning.
  • The zoning includes a 9:1 FAR, 325 feet height limit and 17,000 NSF (15,888 RSF) floorplate.
