Craig is the Vice President and Senior Project Manager at MMDC. He is responsible for guiding projects from concept to completion. His skill set includes analysis, real estate transactions, construction and operations.
Craig has been an integral part of MMDC for over 25 years. He has worked on projects ranging from major tenant improvement projects to multi-million dollar high rises. His role requires a thorough understanding of all phases and components of the development process, including land use, permitting, financial analysis, project budgeting, building design and construction.
Craig has also earned the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). As a CCIM, Craig is a recognized expert in commercial and investment real estate. He is proficient in the areas of investment, market, user decision and financial analysis for commercial real estate.
